Return Process

Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting its condition, we will promptly process your return. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from the date we receive your item for the return process to be completed. Refunds will be issued accordingly. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you via email once your return has been successfully processed.
Refund Policies
The refund amount may be subject to certain conditions and fees based on the nature of your return. Please find the details below for different types of returns/refunds:
For ‘Change of Mind’ Orders:
If the product has been picked and/or delivered, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all aluminum extrusions.
If the order is canceled within 48 hours of payment, or before materials have been packaged, a $75 refund fee will apply.
Please note that fabricated or processed products, such as gates and panels, are not eligible for refunds.
Components can be returned or mailed to the provided address for a refund to be processed upon receipt.
For ‘Defective or Damaged’ Orders:
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team immediately and provide relevant images to facilitate an exchange of materials or to process a refund request.
Exceptions
Please be aware that the following items are not eligible for returns:
Damaged, machined, cut, or drilled items.
Fabricated or processed products, including gates and panels.
